Noncancerous bone growth.

Multiple osteochondromas.

Of or referring to bone.

Bone destroying process.

OSTEOMA

A bone formation located within the sinus bones.  Most often they are located in the frontal, followed by the ethmoid sinuses.  These are benign and slow growing.  They are usually of no consequence.

OSTEOMYELITIS

Infection of bone.

OSTEONECROSIS

Death of bone tissue.

OSTEOPENIA

Bone density is mildly decreased compared to healthy individual.  Mild risk of fracture.

OSTEOPHYTE

Abnormal bony growth around joint from wear and tear. This is commonly seen with arthritis.  It is not cancerous.
